It is difficult to determine which party and politicians are the most "pure" democrats, as different people have different interpretations of what it means to be a pure democrat. However, some may argue that the Democratic Party in the United States and politicians such as Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren are more aligned with democratic principles, as they advocate for progressive policies, social justice, and greater inclusion in the political process. The Greens, Social Democrats, and Left Party in Germany generally support a more liberal immigration policy, but it would be inaccurate to say that they want unlimited immigration. These parties advocate for a fair and compassionate approach to immigration, including providing support for refugees and asylum seekers, and promoting integration. However, they also recognize the need for controlled and regulated immigration to manage the impact on society and the economy. Overall, their stance is more focused on humanitarian and social justice considerations rather than advocating for unlimited immigration. **

Democracy can function without democrats if there is a strong system of checks and balances in place to ensure that power is not concentrated in the hands of a few individuals or groups. This can be achieved through independent institutions, a free and fair electoral process, and a robust civil society that holds leaders accountable. Additionally, a well-informed and engaged citizenry is essential for the functioning of democracy, as they can actively participate in decision-making processes and hold their leaders accountable. Ultimately, while having individuals who believe in democratic principles is important, a functioning democracy relies on the strength of its institutions and the active participation of its citizens. **

There is no party in Germany exactly like the Danish Social Democrats because each country has its own unique political landscape, history, and societal values that shape the development of political parties. The Danish Social Democrats have a long history and strong tradition of social democracy, which may not have the same level of influence or resonance in Germany. Additionally, Germany has a multi-party system with a wider range of political ideologies and parties, making it less likely for one party to dominate the political scene like the Danish Social Democrats. Ultimately, the differences in political culture, history, and societal norms between the two countries contribute to the absence of a party in Germany exactly like the Danish Social Democrats. **

A democracy without democrats would likely be a system in name only, as the absence of individuals who support democratic principles would undermine the functioning of democratic institutions. Without democrats, there would be no advocates for the protection of civil liberties, the rule of law, and the rights of minority groups. The absence of individuals committed to democratic values could lead to the erosion of democratic norms and the rise of authoritarian tendencies within the political system. In essence, a democracy without democrats would struggle to uphold the fundamental principles that define democratic governance. **
